Stephen Conway, M.D. is a graduate of Amherst College (1975) and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons (1979). He did his neurology residency at The Longwood Neurological Training Program affiliated with Harvard Medical School (1983-1986) and postgraduate training in electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG) at Lahey Clinic (1986-1987). He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also has served as an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is currently an attending physician at Hartford Hospital and an Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Conway founded Hartford Neurology, LLC in 1994 after being in solo practice for seven years.
